Only The Best Local Products for Our Pickles
As part of our commitment to a local ethos, Hockley Pickling Co. chooses the best local produce to make our products. Local cucumbers, local garlic, and local dill - it doesn’t get any better than that for a dill pickle. We do small batches once per year when our ingredients are in season, and then that’s it! When we are sold out, we are sold out. We won’t be going to the grocery store for out-of-season, imported produce.
Versatile & Delicious
One of the most versatile items in our lineup, the Classic Dills can be used on charcuterie boards, alongside your favourite sandwiches, with potato/chicken/tuna salads, with cream cheese for the greatest smoked salmon sandwich you’ve ever had, in caesars, dill pickle martinis, vinaigrettes, or (our personal favourite) straight out of the jar and paired with a great conversation.
Local Delivery, Pickup and Purchase Options
The Classic Dills come in both 500 mL and 1L jars, and can be purchased online here. You can have them delivered for free if you are in one of our two local catchment areas, sign up for a pickup date and location, or have them shipped to you for a cost. You can also find them at one of our local vendors.
