At Hockley Pickling Co. we are proud to only use Ontario-grown produce to make the best pickle possible.  We take great care to ensure the quality and taste of our products every step of the way.

You'll find Ontario-grown dill, cucumbers, and whole cloves of organic garlic in our Classic Garlic Dills.  You'll find locally-grown beets, the same way we did as kids, in our jars of Mémère's Pickled Beets.  We use the same time-tested ingredients our grandparents did.  No additives.  No shortcuts.
